Our consultative process is centered around the development of a MARKETING AUDIT that has four key components:
INFORMATION GATHERING
An in-depth exploration of your business, your industry and your goals and vision for the future.
STRATEGIC PLAN
Development of a strategic marketing plan–designed to identify the strongest positioning and unique point of difference (POD) for your company, resulting in identifying the main communications message.
DELIVERABLES
An identification of the marketing deliverables necessary in achieving the agreed to goals and objectives. This is inclusive of an analysis of existing marketing materials.
IMPLEMENTATION
Development and execution of the elements and implementation of the plan. All materials will be preceded by an approved creative strategic brief.
